Refund Policy
If we don’t deliver your goods within 10 days from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.
You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase, provided it hasn’t been shipped. Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste.
Non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.
Refunds shall be made through the customers original payment method for clean records and also safety clarifications with Elite.
